That is WAY cool!! Did you do it all by hand or use a machine? How long did it take you to do it?

Talented, not sure about that, just struck with brief flashes of creativity. I roughed out the shape of the head and handle, then finished it up by hand. The runes are done with a Dremel tool, it ends up looking a bit more consistent and nicer. It's unfinished except for a trip through a buffing wheel with some wax on it. It probably took me 4 or 5 hours to make, maybe not that long. And it is normal sized too.

Mama, I'll see what I can do. It would be an honor to make you one.

Yep. Some stuff I bought a couple years ago to make a Sporran for the infamous Kilt, have some left over.
