Rev. Joseph R. NaultJoseph (Joe) Nault was born in Exeter, New Hampshire, on June 16, 1961.  Joseph Nault Graduated from Prince George County High School, Prince George, Virginia in 1980 and started his college studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University studying Architecture and a member of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets. Joseph Nault graduated Austin Peay State University in August 2009 with an Associate of Arts Degree and is schedule to complete his Bachelor of Science in Public Management in March of 2010.

He served in the Army Reserved for three years from 1980 through 1983 as an Illustrator, Personnel Administrator and ultimately as an Infantry Drill Sergeant.  With almost 25 years within the Active Army, Joseph Nault served from May 1983 through November 2007.  His duties included Combat Engineer, Personnel Administrator, and Career Counselor.  Duty assignments included Ft Polk (18 month), Germany (11 years), Ft Campbell 10 years), Korea, Sinai Egypt, and three tours to Iraq.

His military awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal (2), Army Commendation Medal (4), Army Achievement Medal (8), Good Conduct Medal (7), National Defense Service Medal (2), Overseas Service Ribbon (3), NCO Professional Development Ribbon (3), Multi-National Forces Observers Medal, Drill Sergeant Badge, Career Counselor Badge, & Air Assault Badge.

Joseph Nault is currently married (4 July 2001) to Deborah McNeill (SFC U.S.Army Retired).  Joseph Nault has a stepdaughter Tanya Butts, who graduated from Wiesbaden High School, Germany (2003), and works at the Child Development Center at Ft Campbell, KY.   December 2008, Joseph Nault and Deborah McNeill invited Cheryl Cotten to join the family and in a religious ceremony, the three were united as the Nault Tribe forming a polyamourous triad.

Joe’s spiritual calling began in his youth within the Catholic Church with service as an Altar Boy and subsequently as a Lay Eucharistic Minister.  In 2002, he began his studies with a German American Coven in the traditions of Dianic & Eclectic Wiccan.  With his retirement from the Army and relocation to Clarksville, Tennessee in August of 2007, he began his association with the Ft Campbell Pagan Religious Community (FCPRC) in August of 2007. In 2008, he was ordained as a minister within the Universal Life Church Monastery.  He is a Level II Reiki Practitioner.   Joe is the honored caretaker/owner of Nault’s Knoll, a spiritual retreat in Clarksville, Tennessee offering Celebrations within the Wiccan, Dianic, Eclectic and Cherokee Traditions.


Rev. Cheryl Cotten

Rev. Cheryl CottenRev. Cheryl Cotten has been following her Pagan path officially since Beltane of 1974, with a basic foundation of Wicca and a deep thirst for understanding of many spiritual paths. Cheryl was raised by parents of an open mind with a variety of religious backgrounds, including Spiritualism, Theosophy, Cherokee, Christian, and Gypsy. At the age of 2 years, Cheryl was given her Native American name in ceremony by Chief Red Eagle in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and continues as a tribal member of the St. Francis River Band of the Cherokee in Poplar Bluff, Mo and is active in festivals, gatherings, ceremonies and rituals with her group there.

Rev. Cotten has been a Reiki Master Teacher for approximately 12 years now and is active in the Clarksville, TN Pagan community, as well as the Reiki community. She has 4 grown children, 2 granddaughters, another grandchild due in December and one step-granddaughter.
